Job Description

A Cinema Manager will oversees day-to-day operations, including staff management, Inventory management, Cash Management, technical services, and marketing to ensure profitability and high customer service standards. Key responsibilities include scheduling the timing for shows, Manage the OTAs, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventory, and driving revenue through promotions. They work to maximize sales targets and ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities



Operations & Safety:

Manage daily operations, including ticketing, projection, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including cashiers and ushers, while conducting performance reviews.

Customer Experience:

Uphold high service standards, handling customer complaints and inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.

Financial & Inventory Control:

Manage budgets, monitor revenue/expenses, and control inventory for concessions, cleaning supplies, and promotional materials.

Marketing & Programming:

Implement marketing strategies to boost attendance, coordinate showtimes, and arrange special events or film premieres.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
