Job Description

We are looking for Lead IT Infrastructure for one of the Global IT product based organization with Good hands-on exp. In IP and routing protocols (e.g. BGP,OSPF), IPSEC VPNs, Layer2/3 switching, firewall security@ Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Clarify team tasks and deadlines to keep the team on course and provides updates from the group to company leaders.

2) Consistently produces results that exceed expectations in time frames that benefit the project/team.

3) Assists in research, design, development, improvement, and implementation of processes to enhance execution of the departmental and organizational strategies.

4) Accomplishes network infrastructure engineering work by orienting, training, assigning, and coaching employees.

5) Meets network infrastructure engineering work standards by following production, productivity, quality, customer-service, safety, security, and health standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.

6) Meets network infrastructure engineering cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.

7) Determines requirements by researching Request For Proposal (RFP) information; performing site surveys; gathering information.

8) Designs network topologies by evaluating design options; specifying network architecture; rendering prints; preparing logical diagrams; submitting design plan for review.

9) Resolves design and installation problems by evaluating design errors with technicians; modifying installation methods; documenting corrective actions.

10) Prepares test results by verifying test results; printing test results for final documentation; transferring test results to client.

11) Develops network infrastructure procedures and methods by identifying areas for improvement; preparing documentation to refine processes; publishing information.

Experience (Must have): Experience in a global enterprise supporting multiple remote sites in different countries/region

Experience: 15+ Years
Educational Qual.: BE/B,Tech

Salary: Upto35 LPA
