Job Description

Hiring smart Engineer from an Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Energy engineering background (MBA will be an added advantage) with 2 - 4 years of industrial experience in various Renewable Energy technologies, Projects, and business development activities.

Job Location: Hyderabad

:

• Advising national & international clients on renewable energy opportunities, renewable energy/ net zero energy roadmaps; supporting national & international projects on renewable energy, net zero etc.
• Promotion & marketing of renewable energy technologies (especially rooftop solar); play a key role in implementing Rooftop Solar Vendor Rating Programs
• Proposal development, coordination with clients, delivery of projects
• Engineering and advisory consultancy for renewable energy projects
• Handling training on various renewable energy technologies

Desired Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in handling renewable energy technologies (especially solar); renewable energy projects, marketing etc.

Desired Qualification:

• BE / B Tech (Essential in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Energy or related subjects); ME / M Tech / MBA (Preferred); Minimum 70% score at all levels essential
• Good understanding of renewable energy technologies (especially rooftop solar) and project implementation
• Understand and apply basic engineering/ renewable energy principles for industrial applications
• Ability to analyze & identify improvement opportunities during technical assignments
• Capability to work on national/ international consultancy/ capacity development projects on renewable energy at industrial & policy level
• Demonstrated capability in working as a useful team resource

Communications Skills:

The position requires excellent written and oral abilities to:

• Write technical and non-technical reports
• Write technical proposals
• Maintain relationships with clients
• Good presentation skills
• Good marketing & promotion skills

Other Skills:

• Self-motivated and able to work in teams
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access (Certificates/ proficiency in software/ simulation related to rooftop solar design/ project implementation will have added advantage)
• Provide high-level client service and direction
• Interest to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to travel & work in different work environments
