One of the leading Pharma Manufacturing company is looking for Chemical Lab Manager position at Mahabhubnagar Location.
Position: Chemical Lab Manager.
Experience: 6-10 years
Location: Mahabhubnagar.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Reporting and Closing unsafe action, unsafe condition& Near miss.
- Reporting of Incidents occurred in department.
- Participating in Incident Investigation.
- Participating in Mock Drills.
- Ensuring updating of HSE Dashboard in Department.
- Participating in Department HIRA.
- Calibration of Instruments as per schedule.
- Maintain the Laboratory related records/ ISO Documents
- Trained to new joining persons on related works.
- Allot the work to Lab attendant, Jr. Executive and Executives.
- Training and upgrading Lab related works to all Lab dept. personnel.
- Maintain 5 "S" activities.
- Monitoring of day to day lab related works.
- Communicating to all requirements of other related departments.
- Training on handling and disposal of Acids/ Chemicals/ Solvents to all Lab Executives.
- Usage of PPE during chemicals digestion, dilution and preparation of solutions
- Training on Good Laboratory Practices.
