Chemist (Wet Lab)

QUALIFICATION: MSc/M.Tech/B.Tech in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Agriculture Science, Dairy/Oil Tech, Chemistry, and 2-3 years of experience. MAJOR ROLE: Physio-Chemical Sample Analysis for Food, Water, Herbal Ayurveda and Documentation & Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 Requirement:

• Candidate should have practical knowledge of chemical analysis.
• Able to Maintain the laboratory and its activities as per the SOPs.
• Candidate should have good oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical analysis of food and water sample.
• Capable to work and support the lab manager on timely execution of sample analysis.
• Able to Perform and maintain the records for verifications, inter-mediate checks, performance verification, preventive maintenance and history record of equipment?s / instruments used in wet laboratory.
• Able to Perform and maintain the records for receiving, handling, and storage and approval of Chemical media, reagents, and supplements.
• Able to maintain Indent media, chemicals, reagents, glassware, consumable items etc. for purchase and Advise Laboratory Management on low stocks of consumables.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge of preparation of STP, SOPs, protocols, test formats as per ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 requirement.
• Candidate should have good hands-on experience to handle UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, FTIR.
• Sound knowledge of ILC/ IQC and relevant proficiency testing as and when required.
• Candidate should have a good knowledge about FSSAI, NABL, EIC, AYUSH, BIS, ISO regulatory requirement.
• Audit faced NABL,FSSAI,EIC, APEDA
