Designation: AM (Retail & Project Sales)
Location: Goa
About Company: India's leading Manufacturer in the Premium segment of Architectural Hardware, Glass fittings, Bathroom Accessories & Handrails & Baluster Systems.
Job Role:
1). Maintaining & increasing leads through Project Sales, Direct Sales/Retails Sales. New Market Development & Customer Retention.
2). Servicing the needs of existing customers, by utilizing telephone calls, email communication, & face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales targets.
Building & Maintaining good working relationships with customers.
3). Traveling to potential & exiting customers within an assigned sales areas to increase the Sales number for the given territory & recovery for the same.
4). Architectures, Contractor Meeting & site scouting to Identifying opportunities & strategies to increase sales.
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: Minimum: 4 - 6 yrs Experienced from Building Material Industry Preferable.

1). Effective Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
2). People Dealing
3). Ability to think out of box
4). Good business Sense.
5).Team Management.
