Roles and Responsibilities
To Head and manage complete plant operations including Manufacturing activities, Material management, Logistics, HR and Admin at Plant level
Expertise in Man management and project management skills
Exposure to development, Procurement, Quality, Projects, HR, Commercial, basic Accounts and taxes and Store activities
Liaison with management, Procurement department, customers, vendors etc
Hands-on experience of Plant functions, Manufacturing costs, Inventory levels optimization and Capacity utilization.
Be fully responsible for production output, product quality and on-time output
