? A graduation with preferred focus on Sourcing & Logistics, and/or equivalent work experience preferred(3-5 Yrs of Purchasing experience)
? Working hours aligned to USA hours.
? Sourcing work experience preferred
? Commodity knowledge preferred
? Supply Chain Familiarity.
? Prioritization
? Motivated/self starter - not many peers to leverage.
? Strong interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships at all levels, internally & externally.
? Previous experience in agriculture industry or chemistry background preferred
? Knowledge in managing Raw Materials portfolio
? Project management
? Supplier Performance Management skills
? Knowledge in SAP system.
