The Presentation Specialist cum Graphic designer will be responsible for the creation and formatting of documents such as pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements brochures, infographics, complex presentation covers and other types of presentations following JP Morgan standards using the Microsoft Office suite of applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)..
Roles & Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\xbc Intake of presentation and graphic design requests; ensuring quality, timeliness and overall client satisfaction
\xe2\x97\xbc Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs and documents in accordance with specifications, using a variety of high-end graphics applications
\xe2\x97\xbc Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, functioning independently with limited work direction
\xe2\x97\xbc Ensure JPMorgan Chase\'s brand integrity while meeting our internal clients\' need for creative, professional, high-quality and cost-effective graphic materials
\xe2\x97\xbc Create/edit/modify materials and become an expert in the Microsoft Office suite
\xe2\x97\xbc Receive feedback and apply this to continuous improvements in quality output, develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence
\xe2\x97\xbc Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles in the interest of improving understanding of document requirements and of providing customer service excellence
\xe2\x97\xbc Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, within the context of continuous improvement of quality and service. Maintain a consistently high level of job accuracy and efficiency
\xe2\x97\xbc Develop understanding of global GCFO organization and PPS teams and colleagues
\xe2\x97\xbc Follow established job tracking and completion process utilizing GCFO\'s Workflow Exchange (WX) tool
\xe2\x97\xbc Understand JPMorgan performance process, including the core values against which all staff are rated. Take ownership of performance and seek to excel in these areas wherever possible
\xe2\x97\xbc Maintain performance within established team procedures and policies, including adherence to the team\'s attendance and lateness policy, submission of time worked through the appropriate tool before the given deadlines, and following print security and physical access procedures
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Technical qualifications
Diploma in Graphic Design (preferred) and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)

Experience
Experience in Graphic Designing, Info Graphics Creation, Motion Graphics (preferred). Along with Advance Graphics, some additional exposure to Presentations, desktop publishing, word processing, data entry or secretarial practice preferred
Knowledge and skill sets
\xe2\x97\xbc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with staff at all levels
\xe2\x97\xbc Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a must
\xe2\x97\xbc Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
\xe2\x97\xbc Positive attitude, professional, diplomatic and approachable by teammates
\xe2\x97\xbc 4-6 years professional experience in presentation design support at a corporate level
\xe2\x97\xbc Experience and understanding in design concepts, visual communication and infographic storytelling
\xe2\x97\xbc Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range or varied styles and techniques
\xe2\x97\xbc Excellent presentation and layout skills
\xe2\x97\xbc Adaptability / Flexibility
\xe2\x97\xbc Ownership and Initiative
\xe2\x97\xbc Ability to multi-task

Shifts: Open to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend
