Experience Requirements:
3 to 5 or more years of project management experience
Strong hands on excel, power point, Visio and other management presentation tools
Hands on experience in managing cross functional program governance forums
Project management disciplines
Strong inter-personal skills
Team forming and smooth connect with cross functional teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Measures of success:
In time report out of progress status to leadership
Effective connect and communication with stakeholder on program progress
Driving business engineering projects / program
Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelors or Master's degree or related work experience
Lean Six Sigma & PMP - Trained or certification is preferred
5 plus years of overall work experience
2m or more years of project management experience
Experience of Digi tools including Xceptor, Tableau, Alteryx
UI path & AI based experiences are preferred
Project/strategic planning and business background
Keen to learn and collaborate
Knowledge and experience with project management development lifecycle
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of management levels
Ability to work independently with little guidance
