Job Responsibilities:

Program Progress Summarization and leadership updates

• Data collation and program progress status report creation for Global Fund Services Ops team
• Excellent hold on sses of MS Office, program management and visualization tools - PMO
• Enable driving change program agenda for the process/ function - Building Book Of Work
• Creation of program-progress-status story basis 'plan Vs achievements', delivery schedules, milestones, path to green for adverse project status and its impact - PMO
• Execution of opportunity identification sessions - Change Agenda
• Call out on critical changes, risks and issues, escalate when appropriate - Change Agenda
• Hands on experience on solution development including digi tool solutions - Change Agenda

Partner with Business and Technology

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders on Book Of Work, RAG, path to green, milestones validation
• Lay out the critical path, identify and coordinate interdependencies across partners

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 5 or more years of project management experience
• Strong hands on excel, power point, Visio and other management presentation tools
• Hands on experience in managing cross functional program governance forums
• Project management disciplines
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Team forming and smooth connect with cross functional teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Measures of success:

• In time report out of progress status to leadership
• Effective connect and communication with stakeholder on program progress
• Driving business engineering projects / program

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelors or Master's degree or related work experience
• Lean Six Sigma & PMP - Trained or certification is preferred
• 5 plus years of overall work experience
• 2m or more years of project management experience
• Experience of Digi tools including Xceptor, Tableau, Alteryx
• UI path & AI based experiences are preferred
• Project/strategic planning and business background
• Keen to learn and collaborate
• Knowledge and experience with project management development lifecycle
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of management levels
• Ability to work independently with little guidance
