The Role

The Securities Operations Management team is looking for a high-performing associate to play a key role in the successful delivery and management of key post trade management control functions

Consolidate, analyse, and remediate breaks comprised of functional Corporate Action, Income distribution, and Finance Control data across global securities operations

Collaborate and drive results on end-to-end control functions and communicate performance and priorities at key forums

Deliver high quality, consistent and meaningful KPI/KRI reporting and analytics to identify trends and themes to support business decisions

Develop and execute governance and escalation channels to team management and key stakeholders to reduce overall cost and increase transparency

Drive and execute innovation efforts across the organization, ensuring stakeholders are onboard with the requirements and support delivery

Requirements/Skills:

Leadership

Relevant industry experience in post trade lifecycle processing and finance control

Accounting and financial ledger balancing experience preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Highly data-driven and analytical, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Alteryx (preferred)

Ability to influence outcomes and get the best from people, even where no direct line management responsibility exists

Thoughtful, informed and appropriately opinionated

Effective Communicator

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple adjacent organizations

Assimilates broad-ranging information quickly and able to distil into key points

Attention to detail and ability to assimilate fragmented facts into detailed statements

Quickly establishes rapport with key stakeholders
