Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

The current opening is within FBM BI Product in Mumbai which forms part of the CIB LOB within GF&BM India.

About the Team

The Instrumentation and Metrics (I&M) team, which reports into the CIB Finance and Business Management organization and aligned to J.P. Morgan Payments, is seeking a talented, ambitious, and creative individual for the role of CIB Business Intelligence Product Associate.

The CIB Business Intelligence Product Associate role will serve as a data solutions product owner, to help define and execute against product roadmaps for several proprietary solutions that are currently utilized by the Merchant and Commercial Card businesses to help drive revenue and client relationship visibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serving as "product owner" to maintain and enhance multiple data solutions based on end-user feedback, working with Tableau dashboards, CRM tools and other data sources
• Consulting with stakeholders to understand triggers that drive and inform the business and proposing data solutions in the form of wire frames and/or working prototypes
• Understanding internal and available data and sources to make more informed recommendations and decisions as product owner
• Leading end-to-end projects from planning through delivery, regularly engaging cross-functional partners on everything from gaining data access to rolling out and training
• Providing support and driving utilization through training, troubleshooting, documentation and other "commercialization" activities

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a background on payments or financial services products and/or demonstrate an ability to quickly synthesize business use cases, design and deliver working prototypes, will be comfortable presenting to partners and stakeholders at all levels, and have an affinity for analytics and big data potential. They will be obsessed with end-user experience playing a vital role in expanding the I&M agenda.

Additional qualifications include:

• Experience in financial services, payments, or FinTech preferred
• Hands on experience working in Salesforce, Tableau and Alteryx (or equivalent)
• Ability to understand and work in the technical details to translate business requirements to a tangible working solution
• Ability to frame general business problems into detailed analytical solutions and explain the "so what" (i.e. storytelling with data)
• Superior presentation/communication skills - ability to convey complex information simply and clearly
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills as time is of the essence when delivering for our end-users
• Knowledge and interest in modern data mining, research, and data science techniques preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
