Chef duties and responsibilities include menu planning,
food preparation and cooking, managing kitchen staff,
ensuring food safety and hygiene, inventory control, budgeting,
hiring and training staff, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen.
They are also responsible for ensuring food quality, managing kitchen operations, and developing new recipes to satisfy customers.
