Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and dim sum Marinate meats and vegetables using traditional Chinese techniques Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
Kitchen Operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Chinese kitchen section Monitor inventory and request ingredients as needed Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Coordination

Work closely with sous chefs and other kitchen staff Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders Adapt recipes based on customer preferences or dietary needs
Quality Control

Taste and adjust seasoning to maintain authentic flavors Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality Innovate and introduce new Chinese dishes to the menu

Skills & Qualifications



Expertise in Chinese cooking techniques (e.g., wok cooking, steaming, braising) Knowledge of regional Chinese cuisines (e.g., Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred) Experience: 2-5 years in a Chinese kitchen

Work Conditions



Shifts: Rotational, including weekends and holidays Environment: Hot kitchen, fast-paced, team-oriented Uniform: As per company standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,937.14 per month
