Kitchen Management:

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient workflow.

Menu Development:

Creating new dishes while preserving traditional flavors.

Quality Control:

Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Stock & Inventory Management:

Monitoring supplies and placing orders as needed.
