Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes including fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, Hakka, Szechuan, Cantonese, stir-fry, and dim sum.
Use traditional Chinese cooking methods such as wok cooking, steaming, deep-frying, and sauteing.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow all food safety protocols.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and service timing.
Monitor inventory levels of Chinese ingredients and coordinate for replenishment.
Experiment and introduce new authentic Chinese items based on customer preferences.
