Job Description

The Chinese Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Chinese cuisine, including stir-fries, dim sum, noodles, soups, and regional specialties, while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. The role requires a strong understanding of Chinese cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient usage to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to menu specifications and guest preferences. Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients, with proper storage and rotation. Operate kitchen equipment such as woks, steamers, and fryers safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in compliance with food safety standards (HACCP). Assist in menu planning and development of new Chinese dishes. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper food safety. Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during service. Assist in ordering and inventory management of Chinese cuisine ingredients. Adhere to hotel/restaurant policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
