Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, soups, dumplings, stir-fries, sauces, etc.).
Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency.
Assist in mise-en-place: chopping, cutting, marinating, and sauce preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
Assist in receiving and storing Chinese ingredients properly.
Minimize wastage and handle ingredients efficiently.
Support senior chefs in menu development and food trials when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
