Job Responsibilities / ????? ?? ?????????????:
Prepare and cook all Chinese cuisine dishes (e.g., fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, soups, starters, gravies, etc.).
Maintain proper taste, consistency, and presentation in every dish.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen area.
Follow FIFO and portion control methods strictly.
Maintain inventory of Chinese sauces, vegetables, and ingredients.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations during rush hours.
Handle gas stove, wok, fryer, and kitchen equipment carefully.
Support in menu innovation and daily specials when required.
Skills Required / ?????? ????:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
Knowledge of sauces, gravies, and wok cooking.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain speed with quality.
Basic understanding of hygiene and kitchen safety rules.
Teamwork, discipline, and punctuality.

As per experience and performance.
