Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, dim sum, stir-fries, soups, and sauces. Assist in mise-en-place and maintain proper stock levels. Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure consistency in flavor, portion, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the Chinese section. Follow HACCP and food safety standards. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
