Ensure consistency in flavor, portion, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the Chinese section.
Follow HACCP and food safety standards.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
