Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines
Maintain mise-en-place and assist during service
Ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support senior chefs during a la carte and banquet service
Control wastage and proper storage of ingredients
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen
Knowledge of basic Chinese cooking techniques and sauces
Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments
