1. Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Chinese dishes
2. Maintain food preparation areas and equipment in clean and hygienic conditions
3. Follow the directions of senior chefs (CDP, Sous Chef, etc.)
4. Assist in mise en place and daily food prep
5. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
6. Adhere to portion control and minimize waste
7. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Chinese cuisine
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
9. Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
10. Strong team player with a positive attitude
