Other responsibilities of a Commis Chef include:
Measuring meal ingredients
Seasoning meats
Washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
Preparing basic salads and sauces
Receiving deliveries and verifying quality
Taking inventory of restaurant supplies
Discarding spoiled food items
Performing basic cleaning duties
Plating and presenting meal items
Some requirements for a Commis Chef include:
A high school diploma or equivalent hotel management course
2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Able to lift heavy items
Able to work holidays and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
