We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team at Sorrel fine dining veg restaurant , a pure vegetarian restaurant committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers. We currently have openings for the following positions:
- Chinese Chef:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Chinese chef.
- Proficiency in preparing a variety of vegetarian Chinese dishes.
- Ability to innovate and create new dishes while adhering to our restaurant\'s culinary standards.
- Tandoori Chef:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tandoori chef, preferably with expertise in vegetarian Tandoori cuisine.
- Skilled in operating Tandoor ovens and preparing a range of vegetarian Tandoori specialties.
- Creativity in developing unique Tandoori dishes that will delight our customers.
- Japanese Chef:
- 1 year of experience as a Japanese chef, specializing in vegetarian Japanese cuisine.
- Proficient in sushi making, noodle dishes, and other vegetarian Japanese specialties.
- Knowledge of traditional Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Captains (Waitstaff):
- Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to manage a team of waiters and coordinate with the kitchen staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Waiters:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to customers.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Proven experience in the respective culinary roles (1 year minimum).
- Passion for vegetarian cuisine and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
