Source high-quality, fresh ingredients, monitor stock levels, and ensure efficient ingredient procurement and storage.
Kitchen Operations:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, delegate tasks, manage inventory, and control food costs and portion sizes.
Food Safety & Quality:
Maintain impeccable food safety and sanitation standards, conduct quality checks, and ensure all food meets strict guidelines for taste, texture, and appearance.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, provide guidance and feedback, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service:
Interact with guests to gather feedback and resolve issues, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and retention.
