Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes such as stir-fries, fried rice, noodles, soups, and appetizers.
Maintain consistency in food preparation, taste, and presentation as per restaurant standards.
Ensure proper mise-en-place and timely preparation of orders.
Supervise and guide junior commis and kitchen helpers when required.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety in the kitchen.
Monitor and control wastage, portion sizes, and quality of ingredients.
Assist in creating new Chinese menu items and seasonal specials.
Coordinate with service staff for smooth food delivery during operations.
Ensure proper storage of sauces, meats, vegetables, and other ingredients
