The Role: As a Developer in the Chili Automation team, you will be responsible for contributing to the Chili Automation CoE. This will require you to understand needs of our clients/stakes, formulate requirements, design, develop and Implement optimized solutions, and be consultative of improvement areas for the framework. The role will demand continuous pursuit and improving of the best coding practices and implementation good Chili automation strategies. Responsibilities: Think \'outside of the box\' to quickly identify and test for functional edge cases outside of expected functionality. Design, develop, implement and support Solutions for our stakes both internal / external and provide consultation expertise to our fellow development teams. Research, recommend and implement emerging automation technologies & frameworks with a goal of improving the standards and our approach to the continuous integration platforms Proactively identify issues and bring to the attention of the team, and the Management Work together with the QA team to Investigate, log, track, and triage bugs to determine root cause and establish prioritization. Be responsible for the timely resolution of all issues and correction / migration of any fixes to production sites Interface with the customer success team to diagnose client issues and fully qualify them to fully detailed tasks that can be resolved during development phase. Requirements: 5+ years of overall experience in Automation conceptualization, derivation and implementation in any Automation framework/tool. Thorough 3+ years of experience using the Chili publish tool in creation of masters Expertise in creating end to end automation solutions meeting up client requirements which involves feasibility check, development, testing and deployment using Chili. Thorough knowledge in developing templates, asset management, Environment setup, Data source management in Chili environment Experience in Review and monitoring of existing automation solutions to ensure maximum benefits in each of the operational sites and Should have through knowledge and experience in Adhering to automation best practices and error handling techniques. Proven ability to utilize SCM and CI tools (Perforce, Git, SVN, Jenkins, etc.) Programming knowledge and experience in JavaScript, Python, AppleScript Understanding and experience in any other print Automation technologies like Adobe Indesign, Switch etc. Solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as experience working in dynamic and collaborative work environments. Proficient with JIRA and test management toolsets involved in development processes.
