About the Client:

Our client is Global Insights and Analytics company that focuses on ESG, Data Analytics, Investment & Market Research services. With a team of over 1200, the company has a presence in New York, London, Zurich, Seattle, Austin, San Francisco, Toronto, and delivery centres in Pune, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer based at Pune, India. The CTO will be spearheading technology-led sales, fostering CxO connections, and enhancing digital assets, business models, and operations. The focus is on accelerating speed to market, elevating the value chain, and creating distinctive business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue for data analytics, data science, data engineering, and technology services through active participation in technology-led sales initiatives.

- Establish credibility for data and technology service lines by engaging in CxO-level conversations.

- Contribute to technology-based solutioning and craft winning proposals for a competitive edge.

- Develop a compelling digital strategy, emphasizing the \'productization\' of services offerings and creating digital assets.

- Utilize digital information and modern technologies (cloud, mobile, social, GenAI) to generate business value for clients.

- Lead the organization through the impacts of digital change, considering cultural sensitivities and developing tech-enabled offerings for non-digital natives.

- Drive digital innovation, acting as a cross functional change catalyst.

- Set and implement digital strategy, mapping and transitioning traditional processes to digital with cross-functional partners.

- Advocate for digital practices, fostering a digital and product mindset across all lines of business (LOBs).

- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices across all LOBs to establish a robust digital ecosystem.

- Measure ROI on digital projects/IP creation, refining approaches to ensure optimal investments in tools and resources.

- Ensure seamless integration of relevant digital initiatives into the strategic-planning process

Qualifications:

- Minimum 15+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably within an IT services organization, driving technology-led sales.

- Strong franchise -building mindset, fostering team spirit among CXOs, with experience in managing and leading a global digital team

- Proven experience in designing and building digital products and platforms.

- Successful track record in leading digital transformation projects.

- Understanding of core business processes and associated technical solutions.

- Experience in building revenue-generating products and intellectual property.

- Thought leadership in new-age products and platforms with an innovative and disruptive mindset.

- Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills, along with strong social skills to become a key trusted advisor to stakeholders
