Urgent hiring for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Role
Location - Hyderabad (Work from office)
Experience - Minimum 15 years
Desired Profile:
- BE (Computer Science) or equivalent degree from Reputed College/ University
- 15+ Years of experience including 10+ Years of sales leadership experience in Reputed Diagnostic | Healthcare Organization with hands-on experience
- Strong and hands-on experience into Technology Domain
- Strong adaptability
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
- An enthusiastic team player and strong interpersonal skills.
- Data Driven Decision Making/ Strong Analytics skills preferred.
- Strong Communications Skills (both written & verbal)
- Strong detail orientation a must
- Strong Execution skills
- Team handling experience
Age Preference - Upto 45 Years
- IT Application / CRM / Digital Transformation experience is a priority.
- Should have handled B2C Operations (Healthcare / Diagnostic / Retail Business are preferred)
- Change Management experience
- Project Management Experience
- IT Infra + HIS + LIMS Experience will be a plus.
- Strong People Leadership
- Open to relocate/ work at Hyderabad.
