Role & Responsibilities:

Hiring for a Series-Funded B2B SaaS startup for the Retail Industry, used by 850+ retailers globally. Company name is confidential, will be disclosed only for interested and suitable candidates.

This is a role for a hands-on technology leader who can balance near-term delivery velocity with long-term vision -- partnering closely with the CPO to make the product roadmap future-ready.

What You Will Deliver-

Cloud-Native Platform Execution:

Lead the migration of on-prem customers to a single, scalable, multi-tenant cloud architecture.

Scalability for Growth:

Design infrastructure and architecture that can handle 10x scale in users, data, and transactions.

Technology Roadmap:

Forward-looking architecture roadmap that aligns with the 3-5 year product vision -- including API ecosystem, integrations, and data/AI capabilities.

Reliability & Quality:

Reduce production issues, improve platform stability -- success measured by uptime, latency, and customer experience.

Tech Organization Maturity:

Build, structure, and mentor the technology team into a high-velocity, metrics-driven organisation.

Pay: ₹11,300,000.00 - ₹15,000,000.00 per year

Strong CTO / Technology Head Profile with experience in scaling complex B2B SaaS / ERP platforms Mandatory (Location) - Candidate must be based out of Delhi NCR / Gurugram and open to working from office Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have minimum 12+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in B2B SaaS / ERP product companies in a hands-on technology leadership capacity Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have deep experience architecting and scaling cloud-native enterprise platforms, including multi-tenant, API-driven, modular backends Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have extensive experience handling complex data models (multi-entity hierarchy, workflows, permissions, accounting, approvals) and ensuring backend robustness, data integrity, and configurability Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have proven experience in large-scale enterprise integrations -- CRM, Accounting, HRMS, SCM, SSO, APIs, and Compliance Layers Mandatory (Experience 5) - Must have experience managing or modernizing large engineering teams, with direct responsibility for platform scalability, performance, and reliability Mandatory (Experience 6) - Must have hands-on technical depth -- ability to review code, guide architectural decisions, and balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision
