Job Description
- Drive the technology vision and strategy of the leading DTH service provider with a staff of 400+ employees.
Manage IT department, oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and solutions, such as DTH platforms, billing systems, customer service portals, and business intelligence tools.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and solutions, such as, CRM/Billing systems, ERP/Business intelligence tools, Customer Service portal and Application, Installer/Field Service Application, Sales Force Application, etc.
Analyze the business data and workflows;
- Recommend alternate solutions taking into full consideration available resources, time and budget within the company
Bring maximum of knowledge and expertise in the field of Video Streaming/OTT, IPTV, Direct-To-Home, Video Broadcasting and Digital Television industry into the business of the company;
- Cooperate with the different departments of the company to complete projects and achieve various tasks;
- Monitor progress of the project with regard to timeline and budget;
