Role: Chief Information Officer
Designation: CIO
Reporting To : Executive Director
Location: Mohali, Punjab
/Technical Competency:
- Creating business value through latest technology.
- Establishing IT policies, strategies, standards and IT security.
- Developing and approving technology futures and IT budgets.
- Extensive Knowledge of SAP HANA, Industry 4.0 & IOT.
- Development of SRM, SFA, HRMS & DMS.
- Identifies new IS developments and technologies; anticipates resulting organizational modifications.
- Ensures that IT and network infrastructure adequately support the company's computing. data processing, and communications needs.
- Approving vendor negotiations and IT architecture.
- Establishes long-term IS needs and plans and develops strategies for developing systems and acquiring software and hardware necessary to meet those needs.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations.
Job Specification:
Qualification: B.E/ MBA
X & XII marks : Above 75%
Years of Experience: 15- 20 years
Nature of Industry: Manufacturing
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals.
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Thorough understanding of information technology and information technology systems.
