Chief Risk Officer (CRO) - (MSME, Lending, CV Financing)

A reputable Non-Banking Financial company (NBFC) with a mission to provide inclusive financial solutions to businesses and individuals, with a strong focus on asset classes such as MSME, Lending, Commercial Vehicle Financing, Auto Financing, and Used Vehicle Financing is hiring for a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to oversee above Asset Classes division in Jaipur. Reporting directly to the CEO, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the prudent management of risk within the context of these asset classes. His leadership, risk management expertise, and industry knowledge will be critical in safeguarding our financial institution\'s interests and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Oversight: Provide leadership and direction in assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks associated with the MSME, Lending, Commercial Vehicle Financing, Auto Financing, and Used Vehicle Financing portfolios.

2. Risk Strategy: Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.

3. Portfolio Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and other relevant risk factors affecting the asset classes.

4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated risk management team, fostering a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement.

5. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulations and compliance standards governing these asset classes.

6. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations related to risk management within the asset classes, contributing to strategic decision-making.

7. Lender and Investor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for lenders for regular borrowing and face investors during the IPO process, for all risk related matters ensuring transparency and trust for all risk related matters.

8. Performance Monitoring: Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk metrics to track the performance and health of the portfolios.

9. Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management and recovery plans for potential risk events within the asset classes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in risk management, with a strong background in asset classes, including MSME, Lending, Commercial Vehicle Financing, Auto Financing, and Used Vehicle Financing.

- Proven track record in leading risk management functions and teams.

- Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
