Chief Business Officer with a leading NBFC in Mumbai

Purpose of the Role: Capitalize on the business opportunity through appropriate product development and distribution; management of portfolio and credit costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Converting organizational vision into a credible and measurable business model.

- Spearheading strategies to steer the company\'s future in a positive direction.

- Creating and sustaining organizational capability to excel in delivering on the business model.

- Keeping the organization ahead of emerging business trends.

- Integrating and channelizing work processes and practices across multiple functions towards achievement of business strategy.

Key Activities:

- Achieving revenue and profit targets for the business.

- Implementing the plans to achieve the collections goals of the organization.

- Allocate resources effectively in order to achieve business plans.

- Generate innovative solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.

- Ensuring performance management with measurable goals and review system.

Expertise required / Domain Knowledge:

Any Specific specialization / education:

Preferable candidates with a Tech/MBA degree from Tier 1 institutes and having an experience of handling functions at National level (preferably with experience of working in multiple functions) for NBFC /Bank/Financial Institutes
