Leading and motivating staff to achieve organisational objectives;
Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover;
Mentoring and inspiring employees of different functions to improve the quality of each function to key into the vision of management;
Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture;
Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results;
Creating and implementing plans and collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies;
Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors and all other professional business relationships;
Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company;
Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability; and
Perform all other administrative activities as may be required for optimum performance and growth of the company.
