Brief about the role:

Seeking a seasoned professional with a well-established track record who demonstrates the ability to either have served as a COO or to ascend effectively to this pivotal position. This individual must exhibit a comprehensive understanding of fundamental business functions, encompassing the day-to-day operations of departments such as marketing, sales, HR, and finance. Additionally, they should be able to showcase clear proficiency in strategic planning, business development, process definition, and implementation. The candidate is expected to have a well-rounded skill set, encompassing competence in data analysis, performance metrics, and familiarity with IT and business infrastructure. In addition to these technical abilities, exceptional organizational and leadership skills are prerequisites, complemented by outstanding interpersonal and public speaking abilities. An aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving as well as a solid IT background are imperative attributes for this role. Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) will be advantageous while prior experience in fundraising would be a valuable asset.

Key responsibility areas:

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

- Oversee daily operations of the company Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiency within the company.

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

- Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance.

- Work with the CEO in the capital raise process. Meet, interact and present information effectively to potential investors and private equity firms.

- Participate in expansion activities.

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
