Job Description

Chief of Staff - SVP

Strategic :

1. Work with the CEO and senior leadership to define the strategy and run the management cadence for the business

2. Support CEO with org level Global initiatives focused on productivity improvements

3. Enable a culture of innovation & strategic direction

4. Effective in problem solving ability, passion to make a difference in the organization and who can take the ideas and convert them to reality.

5. Assist in driving the development of the 3-year strategy and aligning annual OKRs with it.

6. Oversee strategic initiatives from development through successful execution Partnering with business Leadership

7. Work with CEO and SVP of US Operations to establish and deliver on a strategy to land new customers and expand existing accounts, driving customer success and predictable year-over-year ARR growth

8. Program management - act as an integrator connecting various workstreams that would otherwise work independently.

9. Manage the communication of CEO and the function with the broader organization

10. Draw insights from data and applying judgment and putting forward recommendations to support the growth and success of sales managers and key stakeholders.

11. Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions

12. Working with the management, lead the initial proposal of annual goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.

Operational :

1. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making and minimize overall report burden.

2. Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc.

3. Provide operational insight to our businesses, and our growth initiatives, supporting the Head of Strategy and Business Operations, in day-to-day operational activities, and providing additional analytical insight to other Senior Leadership Team members as required based on strategic projects identified.

4. Manage the administration and execution of the team's goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various sales processes involving alignment between multiple teams

5. Maintain thorough knowledge of existing and emerging 3rd party data sources as needed for analytics

6. Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.

Ideal Candidate :

1. Ability to influence internally to CEO level and be seen across the organization as leading and driving forward our engagement with these customers.

2. Must have a proven track record of shaping and driving the delivery of strategic projects at a global scale

3. Able to demonstrate a high level of business awareness along with an appreciation and knowledge of the key principles underpinning the business in which they operate within

4. Ability to analyze and contextualize complex issues, identify key points to be addressed and develop effective, practical plans to resolve complex problems

5. Capable of strong individual contribution and influence across non-direct reporting teams.

6. Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment, orchestrating strategic and complex projects.

7. Must have excellent relationship building skills and commercial acumen
