Job Description

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Chairman, providing strategic oversight, driving organizational priorities, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. This role demands business maturity, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-sector environments.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman on business, governance, and stakeholder matters.
• Collaborate with CXOs, promoters, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
• Lead preparation of board presentations, investor communications, and strategic reports.
• Oversee commercial negotiations, supplier onboarding, and vendor contracting.
• Track compliance, governance standards, taxation structures, and infosec ratings across global operations.
• Monitor contract expiries, risks, and adherence to legal and operational frameworks.
• Support international operations with expertise in taxation and regulatory frameworks.

High impact strategic role working closely with the Chairman.Liaise with CXOs & global stakeholders for business strategy and operations.

• The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or leadership roles within promoter-led organizations, Big 4 consulting, or multi-sector business groups-FMCG, manufacturing, services or technology.
• They will possess exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, drive outcomes, and operate with utmost confidentiality.
• A strong business acumen and the agility to adapt across industries are essential.
