Job Description

The Chief of Staff (Director) will play a crucial role in supporting the advisory vertical, supporting the Partner. This role will serve as a first line of defense for the Advisory Business Leader. The Incumbent will be required to lead resolution of day-2-day issues and escalations
First Line of defense: This role will serve as a first line of defense for
the Advisory Business Leader. The Incumbent will be required to lead
resolution of day-2-day issues and escalations
? Organization understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of
the overall structure of KPMG globally, our Collective Strategy,
Culture & EVPs, ways of working, priorities and investments.
? Drive strategic interventions for Advisory: The incumbent is required
to align with the vision and strategy carved for Advisory. The core
responsibility will be to assist in shaping strategic plans based on
leadership input and oversee their implementation, track timeliness
and raise red flags if any.
? Drive Process & operational Excellence: Work closely with the
COOs to set-up & stabilize new process and operational changes.
Assist in stakeholder management, including proactively identifying
and escalating issues, and providing crisis management support
where appropriate, triaging priorities and issues, as required.
? Data, Analytics & Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, and
briefings for various audiences, including senior leadership and
board.
? Leadership Visits: Lead planning and execution for strategic client
and internal leadership visits to India and ensure a superior company
culture experience to key stakeholders.
? Budgets & Financial Plans: Partner with Consulting, DAS and UK
COOs to track progress against the financial plan, and initiatives
sponsored to improve company's performance.
? Change Management: Champion the change management and
oversee initiatives to harmonize, streamline and drive consistency in
processes across Business units (Consulting, DAS, Managed
Services) and geographies (UK, US) as applicable
? Support Communication: Enable communication channels for key
initiatives for seamless information awareness, on a need-to-know

Educational qualifications
? Graduate /Post-graduate / MBA, preferably from a reputed institution
Work experience
? 15+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in
a fast-paced, high-growth environment
? Previous Chief of Staff experience preferred
