Job Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a crucial member of the Executive Leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role focuses on understanding and meeting customer expectations, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. The CMO will play a pivotal role in achieving exponential, capital-efficient, profitable, and transformational growth, enhancing overall company positioning, success, and brand in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and deploy strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives, brand positioning, and business strategies.
2.Establish budgets, procedures, systems, and talent development for maintaining high standards of marketing excellence.
3.Provide oversight across total marketing operations, including Integrated Marketing, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, and more.
4.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
5.Build a performance-based culture, aligning with the company\'s vision, mission, and objectives.
6.Conduct market research, assess trends, and refine marketing strategies.
7.Ensure strong integrated marketing and sales strategy, planning, and demand forecasting.
8.Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel/omnichannel marketing campaigns.
9.Build robust Customer Management processes with a focus on acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
10. Proactively engage with cross-functional teams for new product development and commercialization.
11. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, and social media outreach.
12. Develop and maintain a continuous learning organization, staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
13. Establish long-term sustainable relationships with customers, key market personnel, and strategic partners.
14. Attend industry events, conferences, and serve as a thought leader in various forums.
