: Looking for a passionate individual to lead marketing and sales for a new-age consumer brand in Foods Category
About the Role :
- Develop & execute brand strategy, GTM and pricing strategies
- P&L responsibility across Categories and Product lines
- Build a high-capability sales team and drive them to achieve targets
- Manage marketing budget; Analyze marketing metrics to adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Develop and manage social media, content strategy, CRM and lead generation programs
- Develop & maintain relationships with agency partners, media outlets, influencers, etc.
- Play a significant role in figuring out new product opportunities, new channels etc.
- Monitor competition (New products/ features, pricing changes, etc.)
Requirements :
- >10 yrs of experience (post MBA) in brand & marketing, preferably in the foods space
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, incl. social media, influencer, content marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for food sector and a deep understanding of the target audience
- Ability to lead and manage cross functional teams
- Flexibility to take up any responsibility as per organization needs
