Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Sales & Marketing - Wardha - 10+ Years
Our client is hiring for a Chief Marketing Officer in Sales and Marketing with at least 10+ years of experience in the TMT, Steel, and cement industries.
Location - Wardha - Maharashtra

Responsibilities :
- Managing the P&L
- Building a strong network of Dealers & Distributors, with a long-term vision.
- Evolving suitable strategies to create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty.
- Plan advertising and promotional activities.
- Brand positioning with long-term vision.
- Strategic thinking for higher NSR with higher volume.
- Leading a team of sales managers/executives including region in-charges.
- Evaluating, reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring the periodic sales reports, potential sales, and client base expansion.
- Sales forecasting and sets goals for the team accordingly
Qualification: MBA
Experience: 10- 15 years Preferred Industry
Background: TMT, Steel, Cement
