OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

To ensure Returns filing compliances by way of timely submission after quality verification of IRDAI returns and review of advertisements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring Filing of Regulatory Returns with the Authorities on/before time

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of Regulatory filing calendar upto date

\xc2\xb7 Conducting quality verification checks and ensuring correction of identified errors before filing or regulatory returns

\xc2\xb7 Setting of processes of data receipt from depts and controls put in place to ensure quality of data for filing

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of analytical MIS for above activities and presentation to the management.

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of records

\xc2\xb7 Attending to audits

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring Filing of advertisements with the Authorities on/before time

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of Advertisement Register and Communication Register

\xc2\xb7 Setting of processes of data receipt from depts and controls put in place to ensure quality of data for filing

Preparation of analytical MIS for above activities and presentation to the management.

\xc2\xb7 Attending to audits

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring AML and IRDA Compliance through compliance checks and monitoring the business based on parameters

\xc2\xb7 Filing of Regulatory Returns with the Authorities

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring implementation of Board approved Policy and processes

\xc2\xb7 AML mail box - Resolving queries of various department on AML aspects

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of analytical MIS for above activities and presentation to the management.

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of AML correspondence

\xc2\xb7 Attending to audits

\xc2\xb7 Release of Circulars and ensuring implementation of actionables in time

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of register and documentation of actionables

\xc2\xb7 Release of compliance self certification and assisting in board documents

\xc2\xb7 Verifcation of compliance self certifications and releasing the observations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications: MBA qualification /Inter CA/CA would be preferred or graduate with at least 5 years of experience

Work Experience: At least 5 years experience and should be having knowledge about insurance industry

Certifications: NA

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of excel and Microsoft tools

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills,

  • Sound knowledge of compliance, operations, policies and procedures
  • Analytical skills with an eye for detail
