As the Recruitment Lead, incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies. Core responsibility include: Training FLS on identifying potential prospects, training the FLS on conducting career seminars, business opportunity presentations and overseeing the entire onboarding process. The ideal candidate to have a proven track record of driving recruitment initiatives and minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, within the insurance or financial services industry. Candidate should be results-driven, innovative, and able to think strategically. Should be able to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and be able to develop and implement effective plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-performing insurance agents (TOT, COT, MDRT). Identify the most effective recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals . Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including job postings, career fairs, online platforms, and professional networks. Establish a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs. Screening and Selection: Set-up a process and training team on Conducting initial screening of candidates\' in alignment with MLI values and culture. Organize and enable team to lead interview processes, including behavioral and competency-based interviews. Onboarding Process: Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new insurance agents. Coordinate training sessions, provide necessary resources, and ensure a smooth integration into the channel. Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of recruited IMs and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals. Identify areas for improvement and offer coaching and training as needed. Team Building: Foster a positive and supportive team culture within the channel. Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a strong sense of camaraderie. Reporting and Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and cost-per-hire. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and present findings to senior management. Employer Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance MLI (IMF brand) and promote it to potential candidates. Showcase mli & channel values, benefits, and unique selling points. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry associations such as ICAI, AMFI to strengthen the talent network. Collaboration: Collaborate with Regional and Zonal Leaders to understand their talent requirements and develop recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals. Need to work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure that business development strategies are aligned with overall channel goals and objectives. Content Development: Development of content, newsletters, training, CS & BOP material, digital content to amlify IM recruitment. Field visits: Ensuring region visits where %age achievement is lower, and come out with the coping up strategy. Conduct Business Opportunity Presentation / Career Seminar / Believe Building session and assisting the sales team for successful recruitment. Measures of Success: Business Plan: Recruitment - Plan v/s Actuals (As per MOS) Activation - Successful launch Recruit: Institutional (BROCA, IMF) Retail (IM, IML) Key competencies/skills required Strategic and Analytical Thinking Individual & Team Leadership Excellent written, presentation & communication skills Negotiation and communication Exceptional consultative & interpersonal skills Ability to connect with SLT. Experience in managing strategic initiatives programs DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with 7-10 years of experience in Agent recruitment, Intensive Distribution, Channel Management, Prior experience in insurance essential.
