: Business: Piramal Pharma Limited Department: Projects Location: Kurla, Mumbai Travel: High JOB OVERVIEW: A versatile and resourceful engineering project manager with Specialization in Mechanical Utilities & Process Equipment (API & OSD) for Pharma Formulation This position will provide opportunities to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects with diverse technologies and job responsibilities. The successful candidate will enjoy lead project roles with opportunities to exercise and further develop well-rounded skills in engineering project management and project engineering design. This incumbent will interact directly with internal stake holders and direct/coordinate internal and external resources to execute technically complex projects, with broad responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships and project performance. KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL Global Site Heads, Engineering Heads, Manufacturing & Procurement teams. KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL Engineering Design Consultants , Vendors/Suppliers REPORTING STRUCTURE: Senior Vice President and Global Head- Engineering and Projects EXPERIENCE: 12-15 years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical Utilities & Process Equipment\'s along with engineering project management in a pharmaceutical company. Candidates must have prior experience of setting up of green field or brownfield pharma API & OSD Formulation facilities (any experience of working in US, UK will be preferred) complying to USFDA, UKMHRA and other regulatory authorities. Strong communication capabilities, teamwork collaboration, schedule/budget management and project delivery skills will be required. KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Conceptual Design of API & formulation facilities of various dosage forms with clarity on Utility Design and its integration with the Core Equipment\'s Keen knowledge about API & Formulation Utility Equipment\'s like Brine Plant of various temperature ranges, Boiler, Pumps of various types, Chiller, Thermic fluid, Compressed Air, Nitrogen Plant, Hot Water system, Cooling Tower, Utility Piping, Clean Utilities, and Infrastructure requirements etc. Mechanical works like Utility Piping & structural steel work etc. Preparation of Technical specs, review of vendor documents / Drawings for Mechanical works Execution of piping and equipment as per P&I Diagram, and experience in Installation, Commissioning Project execution as per required Utility and infrastructure design, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Specify process equipment, Process Control and Automation Hands on experience on installation and commissioning of Process Equipment of API and OSD Formulation Tendering and procurement assistance Construction supervision & monitoring Co-ordination with the Design Eng. firms and Construction Management Firms Monitoring and adhering to schedule and Budget of Projects Ability to generate high level Engineering deliverables as needed. Basic Knowledge and understanding of cGMP regulatory requirements for various pharmaceutical formulation & API product facilities Global experience (USA , UK, Europe) in execution of similar projects would be added advantage Experience working with project controls tools to manage cost and schedule. Works collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and wins support from co-workers. Candidate shall have extensive project experience of medium and large capex\'. Ability to plan and supervise the development of technical deliverables.
