Job Description

To support the implementation and monitoring of our data privacy and protection frameworks. The ideal
candidate will have hands-on experience with data privacy regulations (such as DPDPA, SDPI rules) and
demonstrate strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
? Design and enforcement of data privacy policies and procedures in
alignment with DPDPA and other applicable regulations.
? Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIA) and data protection impact
assessments (DPIA) for new projects, products, and third-party vendors.
? Maintain and update data processing records and consent management
systems.
? Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure privacy by design and
default principles are followed.
? Monitor compliance with data subject rights requests (access,
correction, erasure, etc.).
? Provide privacy training and awareness sessions to staff.
? Assist with vendor and third-party privacy risk assessments and
contractual reviews.
? Track regulatory updates and support ongoing improvement of the
privacy program.
? Prepare privacy compliance reports and metrics for management review.
