Chief Manager Agency Sales Support - Life Insurance
Advisor Lifecycle management :
- PHF to licenses funnel management - Monthly Target & Monitoring
- Monitoring untrained bucket & Exam scheduling - Monthly Target & Monitoring
- Pragati Program Management: LA promotion & retention - Monthly Target & Monitoring
- Agency Administration - Non performing LA allocation & termination - Monthly activity
- Digital intervention for recruitment through KLI recruit portal
Life Advisor Office Governance :
- Managing overall governance of Life Advisor Offices (Approval metrics, office setups, performance management)
- LAO Office performance evaluation & tracking
- Monitoring LAO office documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams & act as bridge between sales and internal team based in Head office for explaining field sales expectations
- Managing stakeholder expectations and delivery alignment
MUST HAVE :
Work experience in years : 10 years +
Skills / experience required :
- Worked in Agency channel in Life Insurance industry
- Worked for life advisor driven related programs
