KRAs & Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a seasoned technology advisor/leader with at least 18 years of experience architecting, designing, implementing globally distributed systems and leading large teams across the globe and responsible for implementing the best technology practices across the globe.

- Should have built at least 2-3 competencies in the entire span of a career.

- Must have contributed to large RFPs >50M - 100M in terms of defining future state architecture for their clients.

- Should keep Publishing best practices and frameworks around development and architecture such as Enterprise Architecture Framework, Technology stack for existing and upcoming projects.

- A Person should have extensive expertise in technology R&D, cutting edge technologies, digital platforms development, and product engineering.

- Must have successfully executed multi-millions large technology/transformation programs and led several enterprises IT transformation initiatives like Applications Portfolio etc.

- Should have broader exposure with multiple technology stacks & platforms covering Microsoft Enterprise & .NET, Java Enterprise, Open Source (Apache Software), and Cloud-Native stack.

- Should have Hands-on experience in event-driven architecture, microservices, and big data platforms

- Should have deep expertise in architecting digital native products and platforms, for key verticals like Education , BFSI, Automotive, Investment Banking etc.

- An active speaker or an influencer on national and international forums such as IASA, NASSCOM, and TechGig and delivered sessions on emerging technologies covering Digital Platform Business and Ecosystem, Blockchain, IoT & Edge Computing will be highly preferred
