Supply Chain Finance - CFO (VP)

- MIS Reporting\'s, Variance analysis, Budgeting & Projections, Business plan

- Preparing and presentation of business plan to Board.

- Periodic comparison of actual income and expense vs. budgeted on weekly basis

- Financial forecasting and projections

- Accountable for Managing Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Payment of TDS and GST before due date.

- Filing of TDS, GST and Income Tax return before due date.

- Issue Quarterly compliance certificate to MD & CEO confirming about the compliances

- Presentation of Financials to Senior Management, Audit Committee Board and Board

- Presentation of Financial statements to ACB and Board with data and analytics.

- Quarterly submission of financials to holding company

- Preparing and presentation of business plan to Board.

- Preparation of Board notes and policies.

- Liaison with Banks, Related parties and other Government authorities

- Dealing with Banks for effective and smooth operations.

- Liaison with related parties

- Submission of financials to related parties as required.

- Monthly and quarterly Reporting to compliance and risk department of Axis bank

- Working capital Management, Cost control & Cost reduction, Investment of surplus funds

- Investment of surplus funds in fixed deposits. Monthly tracking of all expenses in comparison with Budget.

- Raising Flags wherever necessary. Payments to be released as per agreed terms of agreement, invoice or P.O. Record keeping process payments and receipts

- Auditing & Internal financial control

- Completion of quarterly internal audit within specified timeline and presentation of same in ACB.

- Completion of quarterly limited review within specified period and presentation of same in ACB.

- Completion of annual statutory audit in time and presentation of same in ACB.

- Preparation of entity level controls and review of internal financial controls of the Company.

- Vendor Management of the Company.

- Integration of Sun system with Minacs

- Generation of Invoices from Minacs system.
