Job Description
- As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in financial planning, analysis, and execution to support the company\'s growth objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company\'s goals.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Oversee all financial operations, including Accounting, MIS, Compliance, and Taxation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting requirements.
- Lead capital allocation strategies, managing cash flow, and optimizing working capital.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
